Standard order instructions

Choose Your NAC Pack:

1. Review the 3 available NAC Pack options on our website.

2. Select the package that best fits your needs (e.g., the number of items, type of products).

Submit Your Details:

4. After receiving your email, we will contact you to confirm the details.

5. We’ll arrange for the transfer of your branding content (logos, designs, etc.) to be customized onto the products.

Finalize Order:

6. After confirming the design specifications, we’ll proceed with sending an invoice/NDA and moving to production. We will then notify you of the expected delivery timeline.

Custom order instructions

Submit a Custom Request:

1. Email us with the specific custom items you want (e.g., apparel, office supplies, event merchandise).

2. Include the following details:

-Product types and quantities

-Customization preferences (printing method, design placement, etc.)

Review & Discussion:

3. Once we receive your email, we’ll review your request and contact you for clarification, if needed.

4. We’ll discuss the customization options, finalize details, arrange for file transfers and provide you with a quote based on your specifications.

Finalize Order & Payment:

5. After the final agreement, we’ll confirm the order and proceed with production.

You will receive updates on the progress and delivery timeline.
